Ordered a hot chai tea and there was no chai in it, only hot milk. Hmmmm?$6.00 is quite a bit for a cup of hot milk.

This particular starbucks locations was at one point excellent. Now however it truly SUCKS. The staff is polite enough but... they're all youngish kids who don't know what they are doing. (At least that's how it feels to me) they messed up my order twiceand before I even was able to place the order they 3 different people MESSED up the transaction at least 6 times TOTAL!!! I trynever to go to this store since the pandemic started but sometimes there is no other choice. Read more

I went and got a drink at this Starbucks today. The girl named Libby in the drive-through was nice, but had open sores on her... hand and arm. They looked fresh like they were being picked at. So gross!!!! Called to let the manager know and no one answered,just disconnected after about 10 rings. I called 5 times and it did that every time. I will be calling corporate, so unsanitary! The service was great! I wanted to try the Pink Drink. Yesterday I ordered it without the strawberries. It was served with... crushed ice and was delicious! Today I ordered it with the strawberries. It was served with no ice. I stuck a strawberry with afork to eat it... and it was gross. It reminded me of a freeze dried or dehydrated fruit that needed to pull in more moisture.The drink itself was more of a strawberry Quick taste. Not for me. Therefore, I highly recommend foregoing the strawberries. Just Sayin' no stars taken off for the disappointing strawberries. Read more

This starbucks disappoints everytime.... This is all Carmel left in the bottom if my Carmel cloud macchiato... Sickening... Who... can even drink that? Im sure this nastiness stole what little espresso they gave me anyways. Wont be ordering coffee from thislocation again since they like to waste my money... Read more
