We went at 3pm on a Friday. The service and were terrible! We ordered the chips, salsa and guacamole. The guacamole never... arrived. When we asked again for it, the waitress left, then came back and said they were out of guacamole. My hamburger, thathad guacamole on it, was cold. The server said she would bring ketchup, but forgot and had to be reminded. The burrito myhusband had ALSO had guacamole on it. I ordered the blackberry jalapeno margarita. It literally tasted like a juice box withno alcohol. Our server never asked if we wanted more alcohol. In a bar? You're not trying to sell alcohol? And she never oncesmiled. We were often left with empty glasses and plates on our table while dining. The inside only had two tables, us and a10 top. The bar had 2 people sitting at it. The outside area had about 30 people. It was not busy. My husband and I areexcellent tippers. We appreciate good service and will tip 25% or more. But our server was just so terrible I could barelybring myself to tip 15%. I get it. Everyone else in the place was under 35. We are in our 50s. Maybe next time she'llunderstand that mature people have the funds to tip generously. If you are the owner or manager reading this, pleaseunderstand. Your business missed out on a hefty alcohol tab because your server wasn't interested in selling drinks, orincreasing sales. She was simply taking orders and couldn't even get them right. Read more
We went this place yesterday and had a wonderful time, hour service what very helpful and super sweet!
The workers were nice and the drinks were good. I liked the house ipa that they have. It was pretty hot inside I’m not sure if... it was just that time or if it’s always like that but we were like sweating the whole time. We tried the chicken tenders andthey weren’t bad but not great either. Not a bad spot to go overall tho. Read more
Dinner this weekend at Social Tap in Old Town Scottsdale. Fun environment. Awesome waitress, ask for Izzy if you stop in. ... Sports TVs. Mac and Cheese and the tacos are the specialties and both were good. The dessert cookie and ice cream was great. Read more
The social tap in Scottsdale is a very fun place to chill and watch your favorite sports games. It offers indoor, rooftop and... outdoor seating. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The menu has a variety! A must try is there Social Tap Blonde beerand there Kari’s Deep Dish Cookie! There prices are super affordable for Scottsdale area. It is wheelchair/Handicapaccessible. The food did take a while because it was busier during the evening but there food is so good ! Highly recommend! Read more
If you are coming here to be SOCIAL or to take advantage the the TAP - Perfect place to come to. However, come to enjoy the... Happy Hour - RUN! The tacos are the Social Hour Tacos - enough sad..I mean said! The customer service is what saved from the1Star…because they asked if wanted another beer when glass was empty & the Social Tap Drafts are delicious! Read more
I’m assuming this isn’t a place for people of color. We were treated like we weren’t there… we decided to go to the bar... orders but was moved to a table due to ID an issue. Our food took forever and when it did come we didn’t have plates, napkinsand the manager that took our order had it wrong and never came back to apologized, checked on us or made sure we were okay.Thankfully a bartender came to our aid after this horrible experience to try and make it “some what” an experience. Went there last night with my fiancé and the atmosphere was great! We sat on the top balcony and it was kid of chilly without... the heater. It wasn’t packed, the music was good and the service was great! Lauren was wonderful! The grilled shrimp tacoswere full of flavor and the burger did not disappoint.
