Thee best milkshake I have ever had. If you are in the area, definitively think about going here.

I am really disappointed...... I ordered 2 meals and gave them a nice tip.... Steven gave me a pager/buzzer.... after waiting... for 30 minutes I went to check what's going on, they thru my order inside a to go bag and never even let me know it wasready..... the pager never buzzed or went off... I ordered to eat at the restaurant..... Their food is good that's why I cameback.... their service is horrible. Anna the manager gave me an attitude for being annoyed. I wasted my time and money fornothing. I asked for a refund and had to come back to have it corrected as the manager didn't refund me the entireamount..... Disgusting and unsanitary place, Ordered the vegan shrom burger and after my first bite found a live green worm on, employee... suggested he can remake it for me, like seriously after having a worm in my food.. I think I will pass. Read more

Best fast food burger. IMO that you can get. A single is more than enough. This location has a nice patio that you can hangout... and have your meal. Read more

The burgers are very good, just like you would grill them yourself at home. The only thing is that if you wanted to eat inside... to get out of the heat, well it's just as hot inside as it is outside. But other than that the burgers are very good. Read more

We tried smoke shack and single hamburger. Both are mediocre burgers. It was the only place in Kierland that had empty spaces... last Sunday, So we tried this place. Service was excellent, they gave a number board and food was brought to the table withoutany confusion and quickly. Read more

This location is very inconvenient, service wasn?t excellent considering the price. I tried calling ahead of time and you cannot... talk to anyone inside of the restaurant, it makes you leave a message. I get here for curbside pick up, you can?t because thereis a service vehicle in one of the spots fixing another restaurant and the other spots are filled with no one inside. Noproblem, I?ll just wait in line to order to go. I finally get my food, I asked if there was ketchup in my bag.... I get to mycar, there was no ketchup. No problem, I?ll go back...... i get back to finally enjoy my meal.... I have a sip of my drink, it?sflat...... considering it was more than In N Out, much less convenient than them, not as accurate as them etc... My first time at a shake shack. The food was priced around the same at a Habit burger. I got a regular burger and a milkshake to... go. The burger was a bit small for the price but it did taste great. The shake was very good (salted Carmel). The service wasfast and the dining area was clean and well organized. Still would prefer In n out or Habit over shake shack but that doesn?tmean this place is not worth a try. Read more
