Beware ALL the sudden positive reviews (fake)! Service Very Poor!Staff can't be bothered! They just walk around and around, not... helping guests. I walked in and the host was on the phone for 10+minutes, didn't acknowledge me. A team member walked right infront of me and said she'll be with you and walked away. I finally asked a gal that kept walking around looking towards me if Icould grab a table in the bar area and she said yes. I sat a while, no acknowledgement, I changed seats, host still on thephone! I walked up to her and asked her to hand me menus. Again, I sat and sat, finally the guy I originally encountered whohad walked by several times, brought chips and salsa, walked away. Came back with water, dropped it and walked away. Didn't askif I was ready to order. And no one came back! After a while the original gal who said I could sit in the bar area, afterwalking by me several times, finally asked if I had been helped, and then said, "Oh, Ok, I'll go ahead and help." To her credit:she did check on me several times and was very helpful. I ordered HH food at $9 each. Queso Fundido and Mini Chimis(chicken). Honestly, the salsa that came with the comp chips was the most delicious item (it's spicy)! Sadly, they charge $3extra for a refill on the house Salsa! Wow! Ridiculous! I understand charging for specialty salsa, but the house salsa should beno charge, especially with the $$$ for the food and drinks! Pricing definitely doesn?t match the quality!! The Queso had an oddbitter taste (couldn't quite figure out what it was), Chimis were ok, 2 Mini Chimis cut in half so it appears like 4 snacksize. Flavor wise was ok. High $$$ for the amount/quality! Worst Service and very salty, overpriced, mediocre food! Veryunwelcoming, unfriendly service! This place is great! Atmosphere is lit and the staff are really friendly. Bobby Carlson helped us get our table and made our... whole experience even better! You can tell making the customers happy is his main priority. Food is pretty good as well. SomeMexican classics and some twists. Will be coming back soon! Read more

I actually ordered through Uber Eats, but next time will definitely pay the restaurant a visit. I still wanted to add a review... because it was SO DELICIOUS. Great looking interior, very fun. Food is really good and portions good size for the money. Dinged a star because service is... lacking. When we walked in it was a couple minutes before anyone helped us. Saw this happen again to another customer who walkedin and nobody to greet them. They ended up leaving before a waitress eventually came out from the back. Came with a friend to experience some Christmas magic. Love the decor everywhere! There?s so many photo ops. Even the... bathrooms are decked out! I got the carne asada tacos with pico.
