I like this quaint restaurant. Great for date night! Although small, there are tables that can accommodate families and groups.... I had a couple is rolls tailored to my liking. The service was good. I didn't like that the dinner salads came out with therolls, but what can you do? Sakana is located inside a shopping strip...Plenty of parking. Read more

I had the choice between this place and one of the "happening spots" a Scottsdale since we had already gone to the "happening"... spot and I wasn't highly impressed as I dine out for the food not to be "seen" We came on a Wednesday night and there was alittle wait but we ordered a glass of wine from the bar. We were seated about 12 mins later. I was very impressed with thespecial of the evening the Sashimi platter which was the special for the night for about $50. Everything was very fresh. Theservice was good and the wine was good. I enjoyed Watching the chef prepare our platter as well. Of the sushi spots I've beento in AZ so far this is my favorite. Read more

Best sushi in the Scottsdale area for sure!!!! Fish is super fresh and the yellowtail is the best. They do good dine in and... takeout. And great lunch specials! My only qualm is their soft shell crab roll has verrrrry little soft shell crab and a LOT offake crab. Read more
