Impeccable service, a variety of meats and fresh seafood including sushi and sashimi served with impeccablepresentation. Highly recommended, especially for a birthday or anniversary celebration. This is an upscale Japanese steakhouse with an open Mesquite Grill, and Sushi bar. They were out of their Omakase, but Marcus... assured us that we would still get a great experience. I had gone there to try their Wagyu and I have to say, it was thehighlight of our dinner. Melt in the mouth, grilled to perfection and awesome presentation to back it up. We also hadYellowtail Sashimi, Wagyu Beef Dumplings, Crispy Eggplant, Mushroom, Sweet Corn and Mishima Rib Eye. Everything was perfect andoozing in taste. Delectable food served in a modern, upscale Japanese restaurant. Excellent service from staff well versed in the food quality,... preparation, and taste. Stopped in for dinner with a couple of girlfriends and we LOVED everything that was suggested to us.Noteworthy dishes were the Mishima Filet, Yellowtail Nigiri, Brussel Sprouts, Waygu Beef & Kimchi Dumplings, Crispy Eggplant,and the Pork Belly appetizer. Excellent food - elevated Japanese dining in a chic, modern setting. Everything I tried was absolutely fantastic, including the... drinks. Wasn’t able to try any sushi as the sushi chefs were backed up and any sushi’s orders would have been at least a 45minute wait, but I’m looking forward to coming back and trying their tasting menu. What an amazing dining experience!! Our waitress, Maddie, was super knowledgeable and friendly along with all the other staff... that came to our table. Our cups were never empty. We ate the 5 course chefs choice, and it was wonderful! The peppers were theonly thing I wasn't in love with, since I'm a spicy wimp. If you can afford a fancy night out, I highly reccomend this place! Read more
