I loved the moment we walked in we where greeted with a nice warm welcome. the bartender Lauren was helpful and explained every... question we had. she recommended the lady in red drink and it was one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. The service and hospitality is awesome here and love that they are open late. Drinks are on point and the happy house is pretty... awesome prices. But the sushi is not the best and rice has a very odd texture. Plus the floor is so fricken sticky and reallygross. Probably will only come back for the drinks. Read more

Best sushi in Phoenix so far! Usually there is a bit of a wait so try and make reservations but if not it's still worth it. ... All the dishes are always fresh and beautifully served. They are one of the only places I've been able to find the Kyoto MatchaIPA (my favorite ever). There have been times when they are out of stock since shipments are unreliable but that'sunderstandable. I usually call ahead of time to check. Either way they have plenty of other tasty seasonal drinks. Definitelysign up for their loyalty club. They are always sending me coupons and specials to make dining out even more affordable. I really like the place. The service was amazing loved the hosts and my server. They have a great happy hour menu and they are... pretty quick. I wish i tried something else but i definitely wouldn’t recommend the viva vegas roll. :( Read more
Great experience! In town for a bodybuilding show and this place was recommended. Drinks were great! The owner/manager... (Johnny?) brought us some buffalo type shrimp appetizer, and it was AMAZING. We had lots of sushi, hibachi style entrees, andramen. All was delicious. They also accommodated our 2 toddlers with ease. Read more
Overall 3/5. Old town Scottsdale location 2/5 on consistency/quality 4/5 Staff is friendly and attentive. Last order from... summer 2022 had quality issues with sashimi, and rolls. Sashimi was dried up…poor cuts of fish and some of the rolls were cut1/4 thickness an were obviously half of the thickness of other pieces (see photos). Does not meet quality I would expect from arelatively premium priced sushi restaurant. Sometimes they are great other times they are a total hit or miss like this mostrecent time.
