Preston's is a sister restaurant to Arrowhead Grill which we have loved for years. Given it is closer to where we live, we... frequent often. They know how to grill steaks and fish and have a variety of preparations and add-ons. They have an elegant andupscale version of many popular steakhouse sides. Service is always top notch. The food was excellent, but the atmosphere and service were just adequate. It's a place I would not consider a true fine dining... establishment. The food is excellent though. Capital Grille and Mastro's were significantly better on service. As foratmosphere, not really anything interesting going on there. Best steak I’ve ever had!!! Everything was great here. Our server was super friendly and on top of everything. She even gave... us a complimentary dessert since we were celebrating Mother’s Day a day early. But yes, the steak and prime rib we had wasunlike anything else we’ve had a other well known steak houses. It’s decorated nicely inside and comfortable for anyoccasion. Pretty expensive and not particularly tasty. The best praise for the cook is the clean plates. My kids didn't finish and neither... did my wife. So 3 stars. I don't think I will go again. Read more

We were visiting AZ from Chicago, and a friend recommended this restaurant. The food was excellent and our waitress Jennifer was... knowledgeable and attentive. We did a few of the different side dishes that were outstanding, lobster macaroni and cheese,Brussels, sautéed mushrooms, mash potato, and calamari. I loved my 22 oz bone in Rib eye steak. My wife had the Delmonico. Ialso had their bacon infused bourbon and my wife had the Mule cocktail. After dinner we already had planned returning backwhenever we visit AZ again, but they made a mistake and billed my credit card twice. My wife immediate called and the managerThomas Dennett, was very apologetic and helpful. He looked into it and acknowledge the mistake.
