SO GOOD! Blows quiznos out of the water. I'm expecting and haven't had a sandwich in months because of the no deli meat rule.... They toast their subs so it's plenty safe and omg the best turkey sandwich I've ever had! The bread is perfectly toasted andstands up to lots of toppings. They got my order perfect and the ingredients were fresh. Broccoli soup was pretty good too. Thisis my new go to for sandwiches during and after pregnancy. Still can't believe it took me this long to visit a Potbelly. Decoris fun too. Definitely a must try during lunchtime. Read more

One of the best sub sandwich shops I've ever been to! My boyfriend and I each got cubans and shakes; roasted pork was delicious,... and the bread was just the right amount of chewy and toasty. Shakes were also nice and thick. On top of all that, speedy andexcellent service! Read more
Good sandwich. A little too much speed of service made me choose a standard sandwich. Slow down a tiny bit or don't get too... anxious to get customers away from the counter. Customers: take the time you want, just don't be fussy like the customers thatwere in front of me. Read more

I'll tell you what I hate about Potbelly. I can't fit it all in! The deliciousness of the Wreck and a coke is unreal. My... problem is they have these insane ice cream sandwiches made from their home made cookies that really bring the motherload hometo the tastebuds and give me a potbelly... My new favorite sandwich shop! The sandwiches are loaded with meat and cheese, toasted, wrapped, all while you watch. The... customer service is above par, i felt welcomed and Jen genuinely cared about making me the PERFECT sandwich. Although on one ofmy visits, my sandwich really didnt turn out the way i wanted, but without hesitation, or grumbling or blaming one thing or theother, my sandwich was remade to perfection.
