Fresh and Delicious!! Seriously the best Poke & Hawaiian BBQ place! Been waiting for this location to open for months since my... family live nearby this place! Their services is A+ & their food is always fresh. I usually order their poke at the otherlocations but this location offers a Hawaiian BBQ menu & WOW they sure exceeded my expectation! The food was good. I did not care for the self ordering and check out system. I double ordered an item by mistake and did not... find out until the kitchen started preparing(my mistake). I spoke to the manger and asked if I could cancel the item. She agreedto give me the refund for the item I had never got. Ten days later, I still did not receive any refund. I take this experienceas 'pay for my own mistake'. I will not go back to eat there again. ******************************************************* Theowner did look into this issue and made the correction. I received a refund. I would change the rating to a four star to givethe credit to the business for they do care about customers. Read more
