Ordered to-go at the counter about 45 minutes before closing. The staff was really nice and efficient, so that was a positive.... Unfortunately I have absolutely nothing good to say about the food. The honey chicken I got was cold and soggy, the egg rollstasted old, and the rice was crunchy. My friend and I only ate about half of our food before throwing it out, but that wasenough to set us up for a very unpleasant evening. It?ll be a while before I can stomach Chinese food again, and I definitelywon?t be ordering from Pei Wei in the future. Read more
Ordered online for pickup and it was ready on time. You can easily pick up on shelves inside. Food tasted fresh and I thought... the portion sizes were good. A few of my friends thought the Lo Mein was too sweet. It was a bit sweet, from the sauce. Otherthan that, I thought it was good for lunch. We ordered the family plate to all share. We placed an office order from here today and I must say a few of us were very disappointed with the chicken fried rice and pork... egg rolls. The rice was slimy, the best I can describe the texture. The chicken was extremely plain with NO FLAVOR and in largepieces. The pork egg rolls were rubbery. Not even sure what kind of meat was in there. Sick to my stomach. Ordered Polynesian poke bowl for lunch and asked to have the sushi rice in a separate container than in the... salad. She said no problem. Came to pick it up and see the photos of exactly how it came. Literally looks like the kitchen staffdug their fingers in the salad and dumped a bunch of it in the rice container then just tossed around the rest in the bowl. Wentstraight in the garbage ???? Amazing service! Staff tonight was great! 2 gals behind the counter (redhead and a brunette/brown haired gal) and 2 chef doods... at the grills ?????. I showed up 30 mins before close and this crew knocked it out of the park! Thanks for getting food in mybelly, especially this late. I?m traveling and normally don?t visit my local Pei Wei, but this crew will have me back for sure.With leftovers for tomorrow, I?m feeling fat and sassy. I?m mean? I feel full.
