Update - service is mostly good. Self check out is really bad if you are coming in to fill you sip. Since there are no longer... cups at self check out, you have to ask the staff for a cup. Staff behind the pick up window is extremely rude about it anddon't want to give you your cup. So you have to wait in line to go to a register and wait. I still have had employees ask if Ipurchased my drinks when I was filling up my cups after going through the register. Such a pain in the rear, if it wasn't forthe register people being so friendly, I would not return and leave a 1 star. Nov 2021. Service was very good but the food wasextremely bad. Paneras are always very convenient and a great choice to wind down, sip a drink when getting some work done. This one is located... in an upscale complex and has a lots of seating but only a few seats with power outlets. Tried the Thai Chicken soup and theSpicy Take. Ordered food through a delivery app but unfortunately they handle their own delivery. 1. Food looked tossed on the floor, the... drink was spilled. 2. Food had a large chunk missing, making me too paranoid to eat it. 3. 30 minute wait to speak to a clientrepresentative... couldn't get connected. 4. Tried contacting the store was hung up on. I strongly recommend going elsewhere foryour food. I would prefer the Starbucks next door at this point. Buyer beware. Read more
Enjoyed having a cup of coffee and a good conversation with a friend. I must say I receive good service and food was fresh. One... thing that some people may like but I don't is the automated cashiers. Nothing replaces a good human interaction and also doesnot put people out of jobs. I hope this trend reverses at some point. Read more
I had 1/2 a Caprese sandwich and 1/2 a lime chicken salad. The sandwich had one small piece of Mozzarella and one small sun... dried tomato and some arugula. The salad had one 1/8"thick x 1/4"wide x 2" long piece of chicken and some chicken bits in it. Itcame with a small bag of chips. I also got a Fountain drink and a $1 chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich had good flavor, but nosubstance. The salad was just okay. Total cost $17. After I finish I was nowhere near full. Never again! Read more
