Update - service is mostly good. Self check out is really bad if you are coming in to fill you sip. Since there are no longer... cups at self check out, you have to ask the staff for a cup. Staff behind the pick up window is extremely rude about it anddon't want to give you your cup. So you have to wait in line to go to a register and wait. I still have had employees ask if Ipurchased my drinks when I was filling up my cups after going through the register. Such a pain in the rear, if it wasn't forthe register people being so friendly, I would not return and leave a 1 star. Nov 2021. Service was very good but the food wasextremely bad. Paneras are always very convenient and a great choice to wind down, sip a drink when getting some work done. This one is located... in an upscale complex and has a lots of seating but only a few seats with power outlets. Tried the Thai Chicken soup and theSpicy Take.
