First time at this location. Website wouldn?t let me order online ahead of time for some reason. Apparently this location was... closing at 5 for the day. Ordered on the Kiosk for a take away order. I've done a delivery from this location three times over the past five days, and never had a problem. I've ordered various... salads with either a fruit cup or French Baguette, plus a soda and for two an item from the bakery. I have to have themdelivered because I order lunch while on the clock, and they have not only been prompt, but actually ahead of time indelivery! I have never enjoyed Panera until these past weeks, but I have to say I have been missing out! It's fresh food,prepared with everything and as I've asked, and friendly smiles plus truly contactless delivery! I remember Sue the most fromthis location. She was amazingly kind and sweet, and I really feel bad for not having enough to tip her. Everyone has beenawesome! We were all happy with food. The kids LOVED their cinnamon roll (no picture because it was inhaled). It was hard to navigate... gluten free when ordering and customer service was a bit curt. Overall, it was a nice, quick lunch. Read more
Just went here and normally dont have a huge issue but today I had an less than pleasant stop. They were short staffed which I... understand but I waited 30 min after my chosen pick up time, asked if they had my order which they didn't and still proceedednot to get me anything. I ended up having to leave without any food. I did have a great experience with their Customer Careand getting my refund back but I will no longer come to this location because they just make up excuses as to why they cant dotheir jobs efficiently and or correctly.
