I had Oregano's "Bollo Pasta" & loved it. The special atmosphere in this Italian family restaurant is best described as... "retro-chic". I dined next to a full-sized Vespa (see picture). The waiters wore T-shirts saying "Legalise Marinara". I would goback there to have another Bollo Pasta in a heartbeat! Ciao Bella! Read more

I was excited hadn't been to Oregano's for a while and familiar with that one from years gone by but I ordered to take out of a... gluten Pizza gluten-free cheese pizza or low gluten whatever it is and this is what I got when I opened I would never haveshared it but I had to call back a lot they made a big deal saying they would credit it they didn't seem to care and they didn'tend up crediting after a week I called my bank and refused the charge not happy this is not quality assurance it should havenever gone out like this I should have checked it I expected the typical almost burnt Oregano's Pizza which is the way they makepizzas they always have but I did not anticipate basically a sliver of it taken out and I just want to say that when you get totake out pizza look at your pizza first so that you can deal with it there and don't have to spend the time that I shouldn'thave had to spend making things right which really was just getting my money back. I assume the in person experience is stillas delightful and wonderful as it always was at Oregano's but take out beware is all I can say... Read more
Everything I ever get here is awesome. Not to mention they aren't letting covid mess up their wonderful buisness. Every other... place I have been to lately has thrown customer service out the window, skimp on portions, change menus to half and doubleprices but Not Oregenos!!!! We love you guys. This place has friendly staff, good food, good prices, and a good atmosphere. This place is a must and I will recommend this... place to my friends and family. We ordered the pan pizza and we couldn't finish them but they tasted amazing. Read more

Oregano's only gets two stars because the food was pretty decent. The wait staff was not. We brought our three young kids in,... including our infant son, and were never offered a high chair. The waiter rushed through the order and I wasn't even able toorder a drink before he cut me off and hurried off. I ordered a kids pasta for my son and when asked how many meatballs I saidthree, thinking they were normal sized meatballs. They were huge. That would have been nice to know when ordering for a two yearold (and they charged $3.00 extra). We then asked for a few sweet potatoes for our infant (8 month old) and were given a $6serving. Then it came time to pay and they said they would check us out when they could because they were helping a largerparty. We were patient and respectful through all of this. I wish I could remember the waiter's name. He was training anotherstaff member. He just had a bad attitude about him, so perhaps you should evaluate this team member and their fit within yourcompany.
