Terrible wait times, considering the product cost and Nespresso's history of excellent customer service, this particular... location needs a major overhaul to meet the standards and priortize customers . Waited in line on 2 separate occasions for over30 minutes but never got to the front of the line because it takes at least 10-15 minutes for each customer to be helped andthere are only 3 customer service reps helping customers and 3 others either offering help learning about products or offeringsamples, which considerably slows down every transaction. Why not have 5 customer service agents helping customers with theirorders and 1 left to ask about machines? Makes sense from business model framework to not leave your customers waiting for longwait times, instead meet their needs and at the same time increase sales. Love the coffee, but this store has very poor service. First, I don't go in there expecting to get a free sample, but if you're... going to have a bar and advertise that you're serving coffee to customers, don't deny them just because they don't want theholiday-flavored garbage. That was the last time I ask for a sample. Next, you have a display with all of the gifts that onegets for ordering so much coffee. Again, I don't expect a free gift, but if you're going to advertise the gift, please have itavailable, or at least tell me you don't have it before I order enough coffee to get it, just to find out you don't have thegift I was hoping to get. Finally, after I place my order, don't ask me if I'm paying with cash or card, and then follow upthat up with "good, because I can't accept cash right now." What is the point of taking my request only to tell me that youcan't take cash? Just all around poor service. The management needs to really re-evaluate how they're serving customers. Iused to enjoy going into this store. Now, I'll probably place future orders online. Read more

Go here periodically to refill my stash and the employees are always super nice and helpful! Also some other customer cut the... long line today and I didn?t say anything because what?s an extra 2 minutes but the employees were so observant they knew whowas next in line and (kindly) let the other customer where the line started. Super helpful because I was already running late.A++++ in my book. Read more

Went in didn?t really feel welcomed, nobody there greeted us and out of the 4-5 employees just 2 cashiers ringing people up the... whole time but the others didn?t come ask if we need help/questions. Which we were interested in learning more about thedifference of vertuo and the original because we want to buy one. Either way, they had only 1 basic original machine and just abunch of the vertuo. Finally a guy came up to us, I asked a few questions, gave us a sample, and then just left in the back ofthe store. Didn?t even ask if we like the sample, try to sell us a machine, etc. and he never came back out. Read more

We purchased a machine at the Scottsdale Fashion Square store and as were were walking out of the store my husband and I... regretted not getting the frother. We walked right back in to ask if we could add it and pay the combo price. The store managersaid it was against store policy and we couldn?t add it to our purchase and they wouldn?t return the machine and then allow meto re-purchase. When buying a quality high-priced item you would think that the customer service would be superb. Not the caseat this store. What a disappointment! Read more
