Small smoothie cost $11 with two boosters. AND the flavor? It was like a cup of crushed ice with only 4 or 5 actual berries in... it. Time for a new smoothie place which doesn't skimp on the fruit!!! Read more
Whoever the red head working the register was, EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Went in to order and she immediately had an... attitude I could sense just upon walking in. Started to order and guess I said to remove something off top that isn't on top ofbowl but instead inside and she RUDELY corrected me and made sure to do it in a condescending way and tried her best to make mefeel stupid instead of being helpful and nice. Not only once but twice. Also forgot the chia pudding on top i specificallyrequested and guessing I paid for. Horrible horrible experience. Read more
I first heard about Nekter a few years ago because the reps for my office would always bring bowls from there in. I didn?t... expect much but found they were delicious and refreshing. I hadn?t had one in several years so when I had a random craving Iordered an Açaí bowl. I was happy to see there was a coupon as well since the bowl is a bit expensive (to me). I alsoappreciated the online order system. The bowl looked as I expected but I felt something was missing / different compared to theones I had years ago. The customer service here needs a lot of improvement. I was the first one there and I ordered 3 juices and 2 shots. 5 people... came in after me and they all had gotten their orders and had left by the time my order was done. No they were not online ordersthey order and stood in line. I asked what was going on because I was there for about 15 almost 20 mins. She told me it wasalmost done the juice takes longer, but they made two huge bowls 3 smoothies and another smoothie for all the other customers.There is a girl there that has tattoos and someone either needs to re train her on her customer service or she needs to be firedshe is not nice to the customers at all. She was extremely rude to an elderly lady in there that was trying to pay. Customerservice is everything and this location is not it for sure and I will not go back. The juices, smoothies, and bowls are fresh and delicious and the staff is professional and friendly. I love coming to Nekter!
