Let's face it...you don't go to Mod Pizza for 'fine dining'. We stopped by on our way home from Gilbert one night. It was passed... 9pm on a Saturday night ...and not much was open ( or it was about to close). We were craving for pizza. I got one of their'limited time only ready made' pies. It was ok. Sounded a lot better than it tasted. Wasn't very hot..which may have added tothe bland taste. Our pizza maker was super friendly and patient as we chose many toppings. Very helpful. Thankyou for honoring veterans today.... That is what brought my wife and I into Mod Pizza for the 1st time. the staff at this location is beyond incredible. i came in to order take out this afternoon and while i was ordering, a woman... started screaming at the employee from across the store demanding her order be made faster. she would not let up and the managergot involved. he did such an incredible job of supporting his staff and putting this woman in her place and telling her that ifshe did not stop harassing the staff, she would be asked to leave the premises. there is no time or place for behavior like hersand it was so refreshing to see management take action the way they did. it showed not only the patrons but the staff thatchildish behavior is not tolerated nor the way to get what you want. A+ to the manager and staff at this store. the food isalways incredible but the way this woman was handled made me feel even better about giving this store my business. WE LOVE YOUMOD!!! Read more

Submitted order at 6:20 to be ready at 6:38. I walk in girl with pink hair looks at me, ignores me at first until I get her... attention. Says nonchalantly ?oh your order hasn?t been made yet,? turns back. No apology nothing. I said can you please tell mehow much longer? No reply, ignored. I ask for a manager on duty, crickets. Second time I?ve been here during chaos and irritatedpeople because staff doesn?t seem to understand anything going on. Read more

I arrived to submit an order at 9:38pm. Literally 20 minutes before closing. Staff (a guy managing the brick oven, and a gal... managing orders). Both were extremely accommodating! I was very hungry, fatigue from work and a vegan, so items are alwayslimited at restaurants and fast food joints. I ordered a barbecue pizza with vegan options and a Greek salad. It was noted thatthey were out of basil. I indicated how important it was that Basil be included on my pizza. The two staff went out of their wayto retrieve and cut more basil from the kitchen. I so greatly appreciate how thoughtful the two staff were and how quickly theywere to prepare my meal to my specifications. Wow! What a thoughtful great team! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Ordered the pizza on their app. It was ready right when they said it would be. The variety and combination of sauces and... toppings was great. The pizza was totally vegan and very delicious. Cauliflower crust to reduce carbs and calories. Read more
