My family and I stopped here for lunch and the place was "dead" meaning NOT busy at all. There was only one other customer here... who was already eating when we walked in. I'm one of them people that doesn't like using kiosks or even the self check-outs atthe grocery stores for that matter, but being that absolutely nobody came to the front to take our order (they just looked at usand ignored us, we had to use the kiosk. This was our first visit ever to this McDonald's here on River and La Cholla in TucsonArizona, it is also our last visit to this location. When the manager brought us our food, they were trying to give us hard andcold fries. So, right to his face I said "These fries are old!" He looks at me in a matter-of-factly face & asks, "Would youlike some fresh fries, ma'am?" I told him, "Well, yeah, duh!!" Why is that even a question?? Then we noticed my son was missinghis burger, and even after showing the manager my receipt he tried arguing with me saying they gave us his burger when theyDIDN'T! I was almost tempted to grab that little manager boy by the ear (yes, I'm old school like that) back to our table andshow him "Look!" My son doesn't have his burger. But he stopped arguing with me and said they'll bring it out to us, which theydid. As I mentioned, nobody was here when we got here. Yet, our order took about 30 minutes to get to our table. We should havestuck to our regular location at 22nd and Country Club where there's never been any issues with the service nor our food, but Ididn't feel like driving to the other side of town...Big mistake. Kingman AZ Mc Donald's today but so many times before we ordered a fish sandwich that was $10.00 a large ff 4$ for that total... was $16.00 let me just say the fish had a very bad taste the cheese was so hard I couldn't pry it apart from the fish , tartersauce was not tarter tasted like mayo with dehydrated onions in it . The food here is just so bad here and they are chargingtriple amount of money for everything ???? the burgers are like cardboard....I wish some one would come here and fix theproblems I know the employees are all being paid well no need to put ppls lives on the line because they don't care. The East Thomas location has made Uber drivers wait and transfered 3 different drivers twice this week. Shouldn't take an hour... and a half to get chicken nuggets when you live 5 minutes from location. Read more
So sick of going into McDonalds and buying the quarter pounder, only to get it home to find out that it is still red inside. Do... you not have the time to cook them thoroughly?? This is the one at Butler Ave in Flagstaff, AZ 86004. This is B S!! Read more
I wouldn't even given it this much of a star if I had a choice. It never fails, I go to McDonald's and my order is screwed up.... Never again. I'm gastric bypass so I get to spend the day vomiting because they gave me sausage instead of the Egg McMuffin withham. They repeated my order to me correctly but on the receipt it was wrong. I won't even go down there for my family. Thisisn't the first time I've had problems, they're always giving me the wrong order, especially if I order Iced Tea. It seems thatthe customer isn't right, I think McDonald's has gotten a little too big for their pants. I had to get back into my car just toget a refund of $3.37 when they should have refunded my complete order of $12.05. My car doesn't run on air and the discomfortI'm going to have for the rest of the day isn't worth it. I guess I got lucky enough that the manager decided that I wasdeserving enough of such a meager refund for THEIR screw up! Read more
I had a very positive experience here. The people were friendly, welcoming, and very informative.
Not an actual McDonald's doesn't serve breakfast; it's some kind a commercial warehouse or something.
35th Ave & Southern has a chaotic kitchen, as I was waiting in line at least five people entered the restaurant asking for their... food after waiting an extended period outside in the drive thru waiting area, there were also at least 3 customers who receivedthe wrong orders. With 8 people working in the kitchen the service should have been much better. Read more
