Place was pretty clean but staff was preoccupied with whatever they were doing cos I stood at the counter for like 5 min before... anyone even said hello. Then when I got tired of waiting I used kiosk. Just then a teenager walked in the door and a guy behindthe counter came up to talk to her. I noticed laughing and whispers and then they were gone. Finally got my order fries were oldand the vanilla iced coffee wasn't vanilla after all. At least my kids kids meal was good. Thanks guys but won't come back tothis one for a minute. Read more
Double drive thru lanes at this very visible and busy location. Parking lot is pretty chaotic with grocery store traffic and... hangry burger seekers. Patience will be rewarded with delicious fries. Read more
I pulled up to the drive thru intercom, with no one in the other lane. No one was taking my order! Then 2 cars pulled up to... the other lane and both got their orders taken before someone took mine!! Isn't there a way to monitor this??? Read more
Tea was growing stuff at 11pm... they messed up 2 kids happy meals, one kid got sick, they didn't mark the soda drinks diet or... regular and the syrup ratio was off...French fries were old and cold.. :( what a total disappointment having to throw $42 offood away! Read more
This has got to be the worst Mc Donald?s on the planet, I ordered a number 1 large I get a small fri and the young man that gave... it to me did not even say thank you for coming. So I go inside get it fixed and not one of the ladies in the Blue shirts evenacknowledge me for 5 minutes so I walked out, then I get home to this is my big Mack. When we are paying $10 for food and thepeople making it don?t even care enough to make it right this is the last time I will give you any more money. Read more
I go through their drive-thru because it's convenient and near my house. During the last four visits the food has been wronged... and the worst part about it was like the picture above, bun upside down and sauce on the top of the bun. When I asked for thecorrect order they acted like I was crazy. Why does corporate not know about this store? I guess they don't care. They won'teven answer the phone or return their messages! Short staffed in the morning and unable to multitask. If you're stopping here on your way to work, stop somewhere else.... Drive-thru will take you forever! I haven't been back to this McDonald's in a little over a month. Unfortunately I stoppedthere this morning and they had the audacity to serve this to me. It is a burned bun on a sausage McMuffin. I continue to lowerthe bar for McDonald's, but I fear, that I am now going to have to bury the bar !! It is unfortunate they have stooped to thislevel !! Read more
I'm a city bus driver and on a time limit....I just recently started back eating McDonald's but this location I don't think I... would recommend to anyone, they have not answered my calls .. I went to have lunch and my fries were not fresh and hot they werewarm and tasted kind of old and sitting.... My Quarter Pounder was dry and the bottom bun was hard... I've tried to callnumerous times to no avail. So again I just can't stop my schedule to go back to have it corrected when it should have been topnotch..... Very disappointed... City Driver Read more
