Employees were rude and judgemental and felt they needed 4 women to confront someone outside waiting for a friend to come pick... her up because she got stranded here yesterday and had all her luggage by dumpster in parking lot. Made girl cry when all 4women employees confronted her to kick her off property. It was obvious girl wasn't one of these homeless drug addicts butmerely sadly stranded temporarily. I experienced the rude attitude of 2 of these employees also during my 2 visits to thislocation. The pregnant manager refused to give me her name when I asked in order to send a review to corporate. Will never go tothis location again and I hope other McDonald's in Scottsdale are more welcoming and less judgemental of customers and focusmore on doing their job and providing outstanding service and good quality food. Restaurant I will note was clean and propertywas clear of trash but restrooms could use a once over and both times I visited here they were out of supplies in women'srestroom. Read more
Cars in line and being delayed to even give them our order first off...Drive through attendant was an older man scratching his... stomach under his shirt and wasn't even there when I pulled up to take my money. The other drive through attendant that washanding out the food was about to give my order to the person in front of me until she showed him her online order, so I pulledup after her and the three guys that were in the front were laughing and giggling and almost took a full minute to just open thedoor and hand me my order. Absolutely the worse Mickey D's I've ever been to. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. My order number was 211 but as soon as they... sat it on the counter, some woman ran up and grabbed it. I figured I must have mistaken the manager when he called out thenumber so I waited for 10 minutes, until I finally asked him where my meal was. He said it had already given out and when I saidsomeone else must have taken it...he mumbled something and told me to wait and he'll get me another one. Ten minutes later, hehanded me a bag with the scroungiest little piece of chicken I've ever seen, slapped on a plain bun with nothing else on it.While I was eating this $10, gristle filled piece of chicken, I seen the cashier go out to his truck, smoke a cigarette, then goright back to the counter w/o ever washing his hands...and he was helping the manager fill the bags! What hurts the most is, Iwalked 3 miles to get to this McDonalds to enjoy some lunch and I'm 80 years old! NEVER AGAIN!!! Read more

The worst experience I have ever had a McDonald?s. She refused to answer any questions that I had about the menu and told me to... look it up online. Then she turned off the mike and started talking to the car behind me. After taking some else?s order sheswitched back to me and in the most annoyed voice I have ever heard asked me if I was done?. Then she made me pull up to thewindow to give my order because she had gotten the entire order mixed up by talking around my car to the one behind me. Terribleexperience. Don?t go here. Read more
August 26, 2022 This is my first experience being at this particular McDonald's. I came in to sit, pretty much get my mind right... and I seen a table I wanted to sit down at. I asked the manager or lady up front THREE TIMES if I could have my table cleanedoff because it was dirty. Nobody came to clean it up. I said excuse me very politely over numerous of times and the older haglooking lady that's suppose to wipe down the tables was rude as all get out, INCLUDING the staff. I spoke to the older lady andshe looked at me, didn't say anything, walked away and started cleaning other tables. The amount of disrespect from the staff ingeneral is just beyond what I expected for this place to be like. So I went back up front to talk to someone and she was rude.I'm so over this place. I will never come back here ever again.. Even if it's just to sit and relax from the heat. The womenthat work here know exactly what their doing and how their treating their customers. I am not impressed and for as many years Iworked at McDonald's, I've NEVER experienced the amount of RUDENESS in such an establishment! August 26, 2022 UPDATE: I spokewith the manager named Brittany. I pulled her off to the side and explained to her my issue that I was having with the staff.Brittany personally cleaned the table off and wiped the seats down for me so for her to do that I appreciated her. We are on a first name basis with the new manager. She knows we come in to use the play place, since it's too hot for a park.... They always go out of their way to help us. They bring the food to the table, check up on you for refills and cleaning and haveeven offered us the survey for free icecream and immediately gave it to us. The place is always clean and always has a friendlyhappy atmosphere. I forget it's a McDonalds, with how well everyone is taken care of. Read more
Went for some alone time with my son and it was great. The staff was friendly and our food was hot and fresh. The inside was... clean which made eating in alot better. Might have more father son time there. Read more
