Really it was quite a disappointing trip to McDonald's. They employees didn't seem to want to be there and the service was... slow. The dining area was pretty dirty dirty when I got my order which was hot cakes and sausage, it was all cold and soggy. Iwill never come back to this McDonald's again. There are a whole bunch of better places to eat then here. Read more
Food was cold, we needed a bag of ice. They said they were all out, REALLY! Lame excuse lazy workers. I only went here because... my wife was hungry, this has to be the worst McDonald's in the greater Phoenix area. Fast and accurate, friendly staff, and a small parking lot. Pretty normal McDonald's. Only one of the double lane drive thru has... been open when I've visited during the slower after dinner time, so I'm not sure if both are functional or not. Regardless, theline has always moved quickly. Read more
Wrapping up a morning/early afternoon of working remotely here at McDonald's on McDonald while my wife attends an in-service at... her company and am compelled to review this location. It is one of the cleanest and most efficient McDonald's that I have everseen. The employees are friendly and hard-working. The manager clearly runs an organized ship and it made for a great backdropto get some work done! Read more
I ordered Double Cheeseburger with Extra Pickles and medium sized combo. It was confirmed via drivethru intercom. Upon... receiving, it was a Double Quarter Pounder with no extra pickles, and added bacon! Also, the drink was large! Ah! The foodquality was poor enough as well, as I was hungry anyways and didn?t want to go back to the restaurant to complain or to create adissatisfaction scene. I have been to many McDonald?s including ones that feed the less unfortunate and their quality is farsuperior to this one. I would not recommend or simply put try to take any purchase here. The fries alone tasted like they beensitting there longer then they should. No freshness on any of the food. See photos for verification. I hope this helps everyone.Please, step up on the quality franchise. I recommend the other location on Scottsdale Rd next to Safeway?s lot. By far, theiroverall impression is corporate status.
