I ordered a large chocolate shake for which I was charged $5.39. I heard the cashier tell the manager they were out of milkshake... cups. The manager told the cashier to use a large value meal cup. What I received was a cup of brown liquid that was not evenhalf full and barely cold that certainly couldn?t be called a milkshake by any stretch of the imagination. Not at all what Ipaid for. Ordered 2 sausage egg McGriddles and got 2 burned McMuffins instead. Very disappointing to say the least :( I would go back but... that was just on my way from where I was going and is quite far from me now. Read more
I just had a cold burger and a soda, last I checked one of the two was supposed to be delivered at least warm. And I walked... into the store with nobody at the service counter or customers waiting. I wanted to leave a good review because the mobile app had a 50% off coupon which brings McDonald's food affordable for once.... However when I ordered curbside pickup it said it would only Take 5 minutes for my pancakes. 10 minutes later I went into thestore and my order was just sitting there behind the counter. Also employees just standing around nobody in line not helpinganybody. What's the point in having a mobile order curbside pickup if I still have to get out of my stupid car to go get theorder? This is the best McDonald's I've been to. The morning manager and crew was super kind and upbeat and I got my food before I even... had time to sit down. The manager even helped me with my McDonald's app. Great crew, whoever hired them did a great job. Read more
