Absolutely horrible experience. My dad who is 82 was excited to get a double quarter pounder with cheese for him and his... grandson and my husband. They not only screwed up the order and made them singles and charged them for doubles. Then he calledto tell the manager who wouldn't shut her mouth and listen and continued to talk over him. The fries were soggy and the serviceis horrible. This manager has no idea how to do customer service. She was so rude I ended up just calling corporate andcomplaining which I'm sure I won't hear back. I'm third generation from the neighborhood and will never go back there again. PSEvery time I go there and order an ice cream cone they always put their fingers all over the cone. This is a poorly trainedcrew and corporate needs to wake up. I ordered a big Mac and got three patties and a bun, in a terrible presentation, I didn't even eat that, was unpleasant.
The workers were completely negligent with us during our DoorDash order. They had closed half an hour early, left the lights on,... as well as were insistent that keeping their heads down and ignoring us at the window was the best way to tell us that our orderwasn?t sitting in there or possibly being made. Whoever was working at the time of 10:00-11:00pm could?ve been much morerespectful with our time. Read more
FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Even though they are short staffed, they are doing amazing. Give them some credit, stop complaining because... your curbside pick up took 5 min longer or they forgot your bag of apple slices. Yall came here cause you were too lazy to makefood for yourself. Even though the restaurant was supposed to be open they had the lights out except for the drive-through menus. I drove through... on the off chance that they were still open. I informed them their lights were off but it seemed they wanted them that way sothey had little to no business going on. I asked him if the food would still be hot they said yes. The fries were terrible Idrove back through and returned them as the dining area was shut down. I took the food as I had people at home ready to eat andwe just put it in the microwave. Well it's a McDonald's, so. Not the worst wait for someone to take my order that I've had at other McDonald's so it was fairly... pleasant. The bathroom was clean as well. I guess this place was worth it. Read more
