Do not... I repeat DO NOT go through the drive-thru even if there's only one car. You will be stuck at the speaker waiting... for them to take your order while 5 cars at the next speaker order & go on their way. Then if you mention it they'll yell atyou so just skip this location. Read more
At the window asked to review my order, the lady looked at me like a spoke a foreign language then asked another staff to assist... me. Then left out syrup, utensils and sauces. I tried to confirm but didn't want to hold up the growing line. Read more
This McDonald's being in a nice area is so amazingly filthy. Greasy tables, good food all over the floor, seats full of... crumbs etc.. I had to clean our own table. After the homeless guy finished taking a bath in the men's room, I got a few wetpaper towels and wiped everything down. No excuse for this. The place looks as if it hasn't been cleaned since early yesterday. The amount of trash and food on the floor looks as if it's been there for days. Read more
We stopped in for coffee and ice cream. I passed an employee leaving a bathroom stall that never washed her hands. I talked to... the manager about it and she apologized. The employee had been working the drive through and I'm not sure if she was everdisciplined. Read more
Workers were quick to take your order. Getting your order was alot longer. Manager was kind enough to go see if the guy who was... smoking pills on the side of the building was dead after a customer said they didn't know if he was or not. Decently cleaned,not great but I've seen worse. Best thing was the ice cream machine worked. Read more
Perfect visit every time! Tonight I went through the drive thru and had the friendliest employee. She was upbeat, working hard,... and a great positive attitude! People in the comments are rude and don?t take being short staffed and a busy rush intoconsideration. They probably have never worked at any service industry before. Best drive thru experience! WEDNESDAY 1/12 @ 9:23PM. Management too lazy to turn on their sign or other lights....my guess is they're hoping it's a... deterrent for customers so they can do their closing faster....but what do I know. I've only been a DM in the service industryfor 26yrs. Read more
I held the door open for an elderly gentleman and waited 10 minutes for breakfast to end so I could order a quarter pounder... meal. As time ticked down to 10:30am the place was crawling with very happy and joyful elderly people who carried on theirconversations and all seemed to be in a general good mood. I think I'll have lunch there again tomorrow. Read more
