We went to this same restaurant two times in a week. Both times the food was great but the service was lacking. One waitress we... had took our order, brought drinks & then our food and then came to bring the check. She did no checking on us or offeringrefills on long empty drinks. The second trip was with a different waitress. She gave us a teensy bit more attention but it wasalso busier so we took that into consideration. We will still go here with faith that it will get better! Read more
Loved it! Had Tesla charges a few feet away. This is a new and modern restaurant! I really liked the modern sleek atmosphere.... Had drinks and dinner at the bar while my car charged. My first and last time eating at this location. After just arriving, I ordered a house margarita and it had a guests receipt in... it. It's a big receipt!! How did that make it to our table! The bartender/supervisor said sorry, the receipt machine is by ourglasses. Then brought me a new one. I like the new look, not the service at this location. Read more
I’ve given them multiple opportunities to improve or just deliver decent service and food. This location is rife with... problems. Everything from waiting 15 mins for menus at the bar to being seated only to wait 10+ minutes for a server. It’sclear this place is absent of on-site management. There seems to be no accountability so most staff just don’t care. I don’tmean care in the sense of smiling, but truly don’t care. Oh, you need menus? You have been waiting for 30 mins?Nothing. Sadly, I went back to take out tonight only to arrive and find out half the order was missing. Here’s the kicker.Take a look at this photo of their churros. This is two orders (1 original and 1 caramel). An order costs almost $6 and this iswhat you get? Avoid at all costs. Don’t let the outdoor seating and prime location lure you in. Update (4/11/22): if you arereading this Mirna, please take time to review your operation. Seriously, you have a chance to do so well in such a primelocation with plenty of customers in the area. Pleasing local chain Mexican eaterie new at the Shea and 101 location. Furnishing roomy. The tortilla soup was laden with... chicken and pieces of avocado and tasted fresh. The fajita bowl was nicely prepared. Meat could have been warmer but overallvery filling. Our server was very pleasant and patient. A do try soon in a great location. Read more
Great food and friendly service. Cindy was very nice and helpful. This was our first vist, we used to always go to the... Scottsdale and Shea location. This is a very nice place. Clean and tables are a good distance apart.They don't have all the neatstuff hanging from the ceiling like the old place, missed that. food was fantastic. Flavorful and plenty of it. We had andrecommend the chicken taco and enchilada with rice and beans along with a red chili burrito enchilada style. Of course the chipsand salsa along with hot sauce. Great job, keep it up. I placed a Togo order they told me 25 minutes. Once i got there i said to go order for Jessica. The lady grabbed a sticky note... with my order on it and said oh it was never put it. “I’ll rush it” okay that took another 20 mins which was annoying. Youhave one job to take and place to go orders. Next DONT ORDER QUESO HERE. Like what the hell is this? Shredded cheese? A block ofcheese? Ridiculous. Won’t be back. Read more
