I LOVE LUCI?S!!! I?m a regular for many reasons. Excellent indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is casual and fun. I?ve... brought many friends in for the first time and they say wow? This is so spacious and the staff and guests are so friendly. Theydidn?t realize that there?s that hot and iced coffee, herbal teas, espresso as well as wine, beer, and cocktails. Wow! this place is amazing. The food the vibe. The energy is something everyone in the valley should experience. In particular,... Mr Marco who seems to serve everyone with Love and Kindness that all Mankind deserves without measure. He is so attentive toall patrons who find themselves lucky to have found Luci's restaurant at The Grove. I truly enjoyed the "Love Energy" that ispresent at Luci's at The Grove, for I know it is due to the presence of people like Mr Marco and the staff. I love visiting this location. It?s in a nice breezy area, the food options are great and you get plenty of it from healthy... options to smoothies, dinner, breakfast and kids menus, so whatever you fancy, they got it. Plus, they have a great gift shop.No reservations but plenty of tables for large groups or just to do a little work. The people who work there are amazing. If youget the chance, you may come across Marco- he?s greeting folks and making sure you have everything you need. I really liked this location of Luci?s, my boyfriend and I were able to grab a Tuna melt during our visit and a few drinks. The... restaurant very spacious and I really liked the outdoor seating. We are used to going to the Bethany home location and this oneis much roomier. If they could improve I thing it should be the coffee. While the serving size is huge the taste comes up short.Sometime quality is more important than quantity. Read more

I love Luci?s, but the attitudes of the staff and mgmt at this location need a tune up bad!?? Also, the music is too loud for a... coffee shop/cafe?hard to have conversation, work, read, etc! Except on patio! My Iced Mocha cost $6! Seriously! It barely tastedof coffee and I waited over 10 minutes to have it made. Had to finally ask them to make it?the person that started to made aface like they didn?t know what they were doing ?? and then made the 3 drinks for the order after mine instead! Chocolate Eclairwas good only it was ice cold?room temp is how these should be served! Other food items I?ve ordered here were so-so anddefinitely overpriced for what you get! It?s a very inviting place in a good location. So hopefully owners will step in to makethe changes needed to make this a top rated place! The best person working was an older gentleman who I mistook to be the ownerbecause he was working so hard and was so helpful and kind to everyone (unlike the rest of the team). I believe his name isMarcos! Hope the owners appreciate him!! And will take seriously the need to provide training/coaching in good guest service forthe rest of the team that seems to think hiding in the back, ignoring customers, hanging out with each other, arguing withcustomers, being unfriendly and uninterested is the way to work in a cafe! This place was so good! My brother and I were staying at McCormick ranch resort right down the street and if we had known about... this place the whole time we would have had breakfast every day here.
