Best chicken and waffles I?ve ever had!! Waffles were the perfect texture and the fried chicken was seasoned well, juicy, and... fried to a good crisp! Biscuit was buttery and moist and the grits were excellent! I will say we waited about 45 minutes beforeour food came out. And the table that came in after us received their food before we did. Hands down the BEST chicken and waffles I?ve ever had! Food was so good I went back the next day! I got KK?s. The waffle has a... hint of cinnamon and it?s the perfect amount. The chicken was well seasoned and went extremely well with their signature hotsauce. I even bought a bottle of it to take home. Their cornbread was extremely moist and had bits of corn that I believe madethe experience of it even better. Our server was Alexis and she was truly a sweetheart and went above and beyond. Since we have few options to enjoy Southern style dishes in the Phoenix area, it's great to have Lo-Lo's as an option. The food... has always been consistently good and you'll never leave hungry. The staff was delightful at this location. We ordered two oftheir specialties, the Lo-Lo's Chicken and Waffles and the Biscuits & Gravy. Love the style of their waffles - thinner and morecrispy than typical. Chicken was perfect and the sausage gravy is liquid gold.
