Messed up my order 3 times the last time I ordering online, this store is so bad and the management is even worse!! They never... want to refund you and make excuses that it?s not there fault. Terrible customer service. Was told pizza would be done in 10 min. Waited 25 min. Not to mention my pizza was sitting there for... 10 min. The manager Chauncey was helping everyone else, all he had to do was turn around and grab my pizza for me. Stopped in at 852 pm. on 9/6. Went to counter and was told by young worker???? Long black hair no name tag... That his manager... says they only take online orders. I said I have been calling for an hour and no one will pick up; with the phone ringing inthe background. I asked how come you do not answer the phone and he honestly replied he doesn't know what the phone is for. Obviously he does not have brain damage but I played along. Do you think that people might be trying to order. He replied hehas only been there 3 weeks and is not sure. I then asked if people order on the phone and he said yes. He apparently thinksthe public is as stupid as his work ethic is lazy. Went to Pizza Hut for my new choice in pizza. Read more
Normally, when I get pizza from this place, it's super good and cooked perfectly, but this time it was different. The pizza was... very well done to put it lightly, all the cheese was crispy, bland, and almost black, the crust was practically unchewable,there was barely even any tomato sauce, and the pepperoni was rock hard, overall, a terrible experience and not like my otherexperiences with this establishment. Will not answer phone nor will app or online allow you to order 1 hour before closing. An they will not answer phone. They... should change the hours to reflect they will not take any new business after a certain hour. For example: this Friday night7/15/22 this business should say they close at 8pm. But it says 9 pm online. If they refuse business after 8pm it should saythat... back to Domino's Read more
They are always busy. Which is actually great because it is always made fresh! Very easy on the wallet. Budget friendly. But... great pizza. I live across the street so im always going in here. If you use the app its easy and faster. Then you can just pickit up from the ready portal and not wait in line. Great love the pizza and crazy bread. Read more
Generally, I never have problems with Little Caesar, but this one was horrible. The food was good, besides the cheese bread... which had way to much butter. I tried calling the phone 4 times for about 10 minutes and no one bothered to pick up and theywere not even busy, the staff was eating in view, there were pizzas left sitting out uncovered. But besides all that, the staffwas actually very friendly. Read more
