We showed up for an early dinner, ordered a couple of appetizers, soup, and an entree to share, all Gluten Free. The happy hour... appetizer specials included a Korean cauliflower, which we enjoyed as its salty taste complemented nicely with a crispy calimariappetizer on the regulare dinner menu. We tried the Tom Kha Gai soup, sharing a large bowl. We chose a Wok fired dish, theMonsoon, to finish up. We were very happy with each selection but enjoyed one or two items more due to our individual tastes. There's quite a few more choices to try on another visit. Read more

Fantastic gluten free and dairy free options. I had the spicy pork lettuce wraps and lins hot pot. All was excellent! Our server... was wonderful with checking with the kitchen and managers to make sure my food was safe. Read more

Friendly service and all our food was good but the Firecracker Chicken was not. Signature Margarita was really good.

Lets start with what worked: 1. The outdoor seating area is nice and large allowing people interested in social distancing to... do so (and the misters +++) 2. Soup was tasty 3. I was told by my fellow diner that the ahi appetizer tasted good. 4. I wasreimbursed for the ahi appetizer I returned. 5. Manager (female) was professional, listened well and was a credit torestaurant. Here is what didn't work: 1. Upon arrival being told by wait staff that for this visit we could order at the tablebut in the future we needed to queue inside, place order then be seated. My objections are: A. at 50 dollars for 2 appetizers, acup of soup and a side of cauliflower, a little table side service isn't unreasonable; and B. see #1 from what worked - goinginside to order defeats attempts to maintain social distance. 2. Related to #1, Im not a big fan of restaurants that requirepayment prior to eating. In particular, tipping service before you get any. Underscoring this, when handed the mobile paymentprocessor it had defaulted to 20% gratuity, with the lowest option being 18%. Look, I have no problem with a 20% gratuityprovided service merits it; on this particular day service missed: bringing any kind of beverage to my lunch companion, did notask how food was, did not attempt to refill my green tea, and did not validate my complaint regarding my food, which Ill get tomore in a moment. 3. My soup bowl... small. comically. Really, I laughed out loud. In fact, if Ling's is going to stay thecourse with the soup bowls, I recommend not using the large format asian spoon common to asian soups. The ratio of spoon tobowl is not doing them any favors. Yes, I understand if you want more soup you order the bowl potion but this was by a galacticmargin the smallest cup Ive ever seen. 4. My seared ahi appetizer was not seared. Have a look at the photos, and see if you canidentify which was mine and which was my lunch companion's. Wait staff struggled to identify a problem with my Read more
