Hot light was on, Yeah! Purchased a dozen glazed donuts to snack on during my 4.5 hour drive back to The White Mountains. Only... ate one of them because they were totally disgusting. It was like they were water logged. Left them in the car when I got home.The next day I tried to eat one and it took effort to separate it from the cardboard box. I go here for the occasional treat and every time over the years the experience has been good. But this time the lady was in a... horrible mood. The speaker is not working correctly or something. I was speaking clearly and she still could barely understandme. I asked about a whip cream cup for my dog which I had gotten before at this location and she said we don't do those. Then atthe window she was dismissive and shoved all three donut boxes to me at once. I almost spilled them in my car because of that.Will think twice before going here again. Read more
Called in an online order and called the store to make sure everything was good. I talked to James Farris who at the time was... closing. BEst customer service I have recieved in a long time. WORST staffed donut shop ever. It's a 50/50 when you go on Saturday if they are even open. Somewhat understandable during 2020... and 2021, but its almost the end of 2022 guys, figure it out. Every other business has, except you. Last time I drive mydaughter out here and arrived to closed restaurant. We'll stick with the other 2 or 3 locally owned donut shops in Scottsdalethat actually show up on Saturdays to work. Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I don?t typically right reviews but I have never been so upset about fast food service as I am now.... Ordered half a dozen donuts at drive thru and they managed to give me all the wrong doughnuts, had to go inside and they toldme the doughnuts I wanted were unavailable so they just gave me doughnuts of their choice. Typically, we hit the drive thru. Always good. The other day though, my wife and I took our children inside. I think her name... plate said manager? I traveled a bit further to go to a location where they make the donuts. The staff was friendly but there was a paltry selection... from which to choose. Surprisingly, a half dozen cost almost the same as a full dozen. Your fine if you just want glazed. Read more
