The customer service is an absolute 0 here. When the cashier handed me my change, I had my hand out and she rudely sat it in... the counter. Then another customer came in because his sandwich was soggy, and instead of replacing the damn sandwich, she justproceeded to tell him how long they cook the chicken. The proper thing to do would have been to place the change in my hand andreplace the other customers food. Read more
I'm shocked with all the bad reviews, y'all have actually done zero to correct the issues. I waiting in line for over 20 min.... The lady at the drive thru was so slow, it was ludicrous. She took one person at a time. She wouldn't take the next cars orderuntil the last car was leaving. Food was cold. Fries were dried up and cold. AND THEN....I pulled up and there was a MFing tipjar? My fault because I didn't check. I ordered crispy family dinner and I got home and it was Regular, almost burnt, oily and soggy.... I don't live near by and the phone was busy for hours so I gave up. This is the second time it has happened to me but for $30dollars, they should make sure the customer is getting what they ordered. Read more
Now and again a fried meal is healthy. The meat was freshly cooked the original recipe tasted great. The coleslaw was sweet and... delicious, the biscuit was warm, should have asked for, a pat of butter if they offered it...probably didn't need it after thatfried chicken. This was a delicious meal, not too expensive...yet. The staff were young, kind and friendly. Everything was dry and my order was horribly butchered from what I wanted. I know I?m not expecting some gourmet grub, but my... lord, I?ve never had KFC this repulsive. Whatever manager allows food to go out like this should be fired . Not only is it overcooked , but its fried in old grease . In... all the years Ive eaten at KFC Ive never seen their food like this . Unfortunately the employees are more concerned about their role as Mask Police and it?s affected their ability to provide a... decent food service. Cold slaw was mush, Mac n cheese was cold and clumpy, they forgot the butter & honey on my biscuits (eventho they asked and offered it twice). Worst of all my sammich looks like it was made by my angry & jaded x-wife. The Colonelwould be utterly disappointed. Read more
Usually fast food restaurants are standard and don't need a review. However, this KFC was amazing. I don't know who was cooking... at 8:15 pm on 11/20 but it was probably the best fried chicken I've had in my life. Perfectly fried super juicy breast meat.It's also one of the more modern KFCs. Clean dining room and friendly staff. Posting this to make sure it stays open so I cancome back again! Read more
