I came to this place because I saw this sign where they advertise that you can substitute Impossible meat ON ANY BURGER for... extra charger $2,50. So I order The Original and Spicy Houston by cashier. After that manager yell that we can have only TheOriginal with Vegan Patty. She was busy with another customer for a while so I decided to not wait and step back. Then shecalled me and repeated that I can?t have the burger, she said something a about owner and when I asked why they advertised thatwhen it?s not possible to have it, she interrupt me with ?excuse me? and offer me I can have this burger with Black bean patty???? So I can have it with black bean but not with impossible? Ridiculous, they build burgers from scratch, I did not get theanswer just that ?The owner said that, thats it? The manager really didn?t handle this situation and it was not really friendlyand professional service. We left, they lost two customers, they made me to write this review and lost other customers. Very Rude manager. Also as on picture - menu says ?SUBSTITUTES - IMPOSSIBLE PATTY on ANY burger? the manager yelled at us that... we can Sub Impossible patty only on The Original Burger. That doesn?t make any sense also she was very rude and didn?t let ustalk. Read more
If I could give 10 stars I would. Customer service was top notch. Burger was fresh. Fries were delicious. I was having a bad day... so I came and sat down didn?t regret it they made my day better. Thank you so much Leslie :) Read more
The food was pretty good, service was slow, but what stood out was we saw an employee's personal phone sitting on the counter... where food is prepared. ???? what's worse is that we saw them using it with their dirty gloves and continue to prepare foodwithout exchanging gloves. Read more

my review of Johnny rockets at scottsdale fashion square mall and why it gets a 5 out of 5 likes 1) milk shake on par with... sonic with what I tasted like fresh ingredients 2 )good service good sence of humor 3) burger made to order 4 )food made the wayI wanted 5 ) they got fresh ground salt and pepper to use at the dining area for your use 6 ) good clasic 60s / 70s style 7 )old classic music for the 60s vibe 8 ) orderd the ( spicy houston with frys ) it had good flavor they where able to make it medrare like i pefer 9 ) staff looked presenable --------------------------------------------------------------- dislikes (1) itwould seem that the milk shake machine has dryed milk shake on the back that would sugest they wipe it down only an few timesduring the day ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- review by Richard Vincent III Read more
