Terrible customer service. I was waiting for my order and the gentleman making sandwiches was more worried about making orders... for people who weren?t even in the store. The guy who took my order walked away before I even pulled my card out of the reader.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These are only my opinions and views. You may feel different. Read more

Very disappointed you guys are no longer fast I'm less than a mile away from this location when I'm at work I order and have it... saying it'll come at a specific time because that's when my lunch break is but now this is the second time that they don't bringmy food on time. Nobody at the location seems to care. I called to complain and he said sorry we get busy at the lunch hour andI explained that's why I put my order in and set a specific time. Then I was asked if I want to speak to the manager No I do notwant to speak to the manager I want my food here when I order it!! Really have no idea why people eat here. Worst sandwiches on the planet. Turkey has chunks of fat and blood vessels in it. Yummy JJ bread! I like the number 11 the country club. I also like some cucumbers and some oregano on it too. The chips are... good too. They have the little John which is only $3! Usually takes an additional 5 to 10 min to get the order no big deal there but this time they forgot my sandwich at the store... and marked the order delivered. They didn't even realize what had happened until I called 15 minutes later and had themredeliver the sandwich. When the sandwich got to my store it looked like it was forgotten in the back seat of a car and was sosoaking wet that it was trash. After another call they finally remade my whole order all in all it cost me 18.0 bucks a countercovered in oil and over an hour wait time. Save yourself the trouble and go to subway if you don't need delivery. Read more
