First Visit to this JJ location and might be first time in a JJ in AZ! Driving up to it ~7:30 and it looks so DARK?literally no... outside lighting at all and dimly lit inside! I couldn?t tell if it was open! Tried the door, walked in, didn?t get that usualJJ greeting (welcome). Took a minute for anyone to say hello?but after, they were nice and helpful and my Tuna Sub was fresh! Sothankful! However, $$ sticker shock! Prices have definitely gone up since I was last in a JJ! Almost $9 for a six inch sub! Now that?s pricey!! Tight parking in front, but there?s plenty to the left of the building in the shopping center parking. Busyspot with shops, restaurants, grocery, even a hospital across the street. I?d stop in again when I need a sandwich in a hurry! Read more

Ordered the 11 and a Gargantuan w/ no ham or capitola. The 11 was OK but the Gargantuan was missing the turkey and roast beef,... essentially making it a salami and cheese sandwich. Read more
this place is the worst - they'll make your food incorrectly, force you to wait without a car ahead in line, pretend that... management isn't on duty, and then overcharge you for the order. it's legitimately unchecked. Read more
Horrible service not once but twice! Skip this location at all coat. Made a phone order for delivery today for a 14 and 16. They... delivered a 13&15. Called to speak with a manger complain and have original order delivered. Which was a hassle because theacted like they didn?t understand their mistake. 20 min wait for new delivery. Mail it in a little more next time. Order o Not ready 45 minutes after it was ordered for ASAP and I have no idea why I thought... it would be right. I never come here but I do it for the wife. I ordered by food at 10:58 online for an 11:30 delivery time. I have a 30 min lunch I called and spoke with the manager at 11:35... asking how long it would be. I was told my order would be canceled in15 min if it wasn't delivered . Well lunch finally showedup at 12:12 pm and I have no conformation it was canceled and now im unable to have lunch since it took over an hour to get it. Read more
