Scottsdale policeman a few spots ahead me in line; I get cashier/manager?s attention that I?ll pay for the policeman; he says ?I... already got him, and I?m gonna get you, too?! Best subs in this town! My Niece and I had never been to a Jersey Mikes before and didn?t want any greasy fast food. She... suggested Jersey Mikes? I?m so glad she did too because we were greeted and welcomed by Daniel, who was so friendly and talkedto us about all the options and actually got us excited about our lunch! The business is open from 10am-9pm, and you would think that customer service should be a priority during the full hours of... operations. However, to be told my hot sub is not going to be prepared because ? I have to go home at some point? is not anappropriate comment you should make to customers. The grille is shut off @8pm a rule I understand, however at 8:17pm you tellthe couple in front of me that you will make an exception for them, but not for me once it is my turn to order. That is aninconsistent approach the jersey mikes brand does not normally associate themself with and it was a very difficult experience tobe apart of. If you make an exception for one person, then you must do so for the rest. Otherwise you are creating theperception of favoritism amongst paying customer which is simply unacceptable on any level. I?m a big Mikes guy, probably been to 20 different locations in my life, didn?t really know a bad one existed - until now!... Unfortunately I just moved to this area and this one is a mile from my home, now will have to drive past it to find another inhopes of a good location. Could give a laundry list of issues experienced, but judging by the terrible google score on here andlaundry list of complaints vs other Mikes locations with rave reviews, mgmt and corporate must not be too concerned with thisstores lack of brand quality. Poor customer service but food is good. My husband received his sandwich right on schedule. Mine was delayed so I inquired if... they are working on order. The guy taking the order, Daniel informed me they lost my ticket. (Still ok things happen.) Tenminutes later I inquired again and the guy grilling still has not made order. When I complained and said "why have you not putin order since you lost the first order?) Daniel was very disrespectful. He argued with me and did not apologize or try to makeit right. He said they are very busy which is fine but if you screw an order up you put them to the front and don't make thecustomer wait a second time. No one apologized. At any point if they had taken responsibility with an apology this would havemade it right. Instead Daniel yells in a sarcastic tone as I am leaving "have a great day!"This is no way to treat customers. ????Next day was able to speak with manager who was very apologetic and said he would address with his team. So hopefully thiswon't happen again. Read more

Staff smashed a bottle over the service line and failed to safely replenish all ingredients and foods. As I was eating my sub, I... bit into a shard of glass, scraping my tooth and removing enamel. Store management failed to acknowledge severity or provide anyappropriate apology or solution other than the offer of a free sub. Terrible management of this store with horrendous, rude andunacceptable customer service. Avoid for safety. Read more
