Ordered sandwhiches to pick up at 6:55pm (an hour ahead of time). I figured this meant they would make the sandwhiches just... before then so they were fresh. No. These were extremely soggy sandwhiches, who knows how long they had been sitting there. WhenI ordered online, there was a spot for me to put the name of the person that the sandwhich was for, which I did. What did i geton the wrapper? Sandwhich 1: Call Sandwhich 2: The number 2 or the letter Z (can't tell) Sandwhich 3: The number 7 or theletter L (can't tell) Is it really that difficult to make sure that a sandwhich is made fresh, and the name of the person getswritten on the wrapper? Place is awesome. Excellent food and the employees there are very accommodating, especially for being relatively young. This... young gentleman helped me out and made the best sub I ever had?he was kind of cute, too! The manager, Adam, was incrediblyhelpful and kind when I had an issue with my credit card on their machine! I was just in my home State of New Jersey and there is nothing like the new jersey sub. When you tell them exactly what you want... like the extra vinegar and the hot on the bun you can actually get them to make it exactly like they do at tastee subs. Longlive New Jersey Read more
For second time, this location doesn't do customization correctly. It may be the app/Corp but now their number is busy and there... is no corp customer service number. Remaking isn't enough. Fix the problem or deliver my food for free. Read more
I got the #13. I am a bit disappointed as the sandwich's wrapping was full of condensation. The entire sandwich tasted sour. The... artist put way too much mustard on it. I can eat mustard but I dont like it in large quantities. The bread was sliding offbecause of the oil. This was the slipperyest sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Over all it wasnt too bad. I was able tofinish all if it (regular size). Chek out the pictures I took of it. If your hungry and dont want subway this place will be onpoint. Good luck! Dont slip. Read more
I enjoy Jersey Mike?s sandwiches in general but the staff at this location is terrible. Several times I?ve come in and there... will be 5 staff members there and at most 2 appear to be doing anything. If there?s a line whatsoever, you?re much better offgetting your phone out and calling in or ordering online before they?ll so much as acknowledge your existence. It?s a trend I?venoticed at other Jersey Mike?s locations but it?s particularly bad at this one.. when did ignoring the actual humans physicallyat the restaurant in favor of Postmates orders become a corporate policy? We love Jersey Mikes Near us in Litchfield Park. Thought we would have a great sandwich here, boy was I wrong. We ordered three... sandwiches and everyone of them had so much mustard. Mayonnaise and oil and vinegar on them that we couldn?t even take more thana couple of bites. 4 employees working and no customers. Maybe concentrate on making the sandwiches. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I ordered two sandwiches from here (the first one was the #7, and the second one... was the #64). The #64 is the grilled portabella mushroom and swiss sandwich, it comes with portabella mushrooms, green bellpeppers, onions and swiss cheese. However, once I got this sandwich, it was soaked in juices - completely soaked. The bread wassoggy, and there were onions, tomatoes, and lettuce - clearly made Mike?s way, which completely spoiled the sandwich, andtherefore, my dinner. Not only am I left with this monstrosity of a meal but also I?ve been sent to voicemail 4 times, startingmy calls at 8:40 - the store was still open, so clearly my calls were being ignored. I got the exact same sandwich at the FrankLloyd Right location yesterday, and they made it perfectly and handled me with excellent care. Maybe that location needs totrain this one. Read more
