I didn't ask for cheese on my jumbo Jack's. Would've been nice if they asked me. Normally they don't come with it.
I pulled up at 10:30 tonight after trying the Jack in the Box on N Hayden Rd (Guy working said he only had himself working as... wasn?t a manager so he couldn?t take any orders atm) so I hurried my way down to this one. All of the lights were on and 2 carsparked in the very front. I was almost in the drive thru when the people inside shut the lights off outside as well as the menulights. I was so confused because this Jack in the Box is 24 hr. I waited a little bit and saw 2 employees inside moving around.I tried two different Jack in the Boxes and both had something wrong with them. Am I the only who has had this happen to them atthis location before? I love Jack in the Box, and just want some answers. Read more
I guess I shouldn't be surprised by now, but every time I visit this location I witness employees displaying genuine kindness... and great customer service. They know regulars by name. This is by far the best Jack in the Box crew I've ever seen. It's noteven close. Truly. Kudos to management for hiring a great team. You guys are awesome! Read more
