I went there about 11am for lunch. Service was great. Food was great. It was a bit busy on account that's when almost everyone... has lunch. It was crowded but what can you do about the size of the building right? Just avoid peak hours. Read more

Only got a one star because there is nothing lower. This place deserves a negative rating. Went there last night and there was... somebody that had just gone through drive through, menu sign lit up and it was only about 9:00. I prepare to place the order andthen go up to the order sign and get told very rudely that they were closed (at a place that I believe purports to be 24 hour). I asked why and get rudely told to go, which I did and now am writing about this horrible, horrible place and experience. Idon't know if that was a manager or an employee but that entire staff should be fired immediately for the rude attitude and forclosing so early and not even turning off their menu sign. Terrible experience. I know its fast food, and not very good fastfood, but this is one store that should be closed. Read more

This place has flat out awful customer service. I love Jack in the box and I go there to grab food late night after my work... shifts because it is the only fast food open past 10 in my area. Over the last 6 months I have noticed a steep decline in theservice at this location. Multiple times I have arrived at the drive thru line and have been ignored or even told flat out that?they are not open?. When someone is clearly there because they are speaking to me and it is not even midnight yet. Not tomention the line is never long yet it takes forever to get your food? multiple times I?ve encountered people honking in thedrive thru out of frustration when there are barely any cars there and it shouldn?t be taking so long. However I?ve put all ofthese things aside and still given this place my business over these past 6 months?. Until today. Never have I ever written areview about anything let alone experience what I experienced tonight. As I am placing my order I hear a man violently screamingin the background of the intercom. At first I ignored it and wrote it off as something I maybe heard outside. But boy was Iwrong. I pulled up to the drive they window and as I am paying the man in the background is violently SCREAMING? and I meanscreaming saying things like ?you want your effing food? Well I want my effing cigarettes!? Never felt so mad in a drive theyline in my life. Complete disrespect for not only me and other customers, but also the poor young man on the intercom who has todeal with these belligerent outbursts. This place NEEDS new staff desperately. I will probably still be back? hopefully I won?tbe ignored at the speaker. (Edit) not only does the manager not care but the owner clearly does not care at all. He hasresponded to an abundance of 1 star complaints with the same bs. Again this is the only place I?ve ever written a review on. Listen, I get that this is a Jack-in-the-Box, so I shouldn't expect much to begin with... but this level of awfulness surpasses... that of any other Jack-in-the-Box in the area. The vast majority of the staff are incredibly rude and will go out of their wayto ignore you for extended periods of time when you roll up to the drive-thru. A couple times, I could literally hear the guytalking and doing other things while I was trying to order because he forgot to turn off his headset... real slick, buddy. Whenyou finally get someone on the intercom, they take forever to get your order all punched in, and it's not uncommon that they'llget it wrong. You know how many times I've ordered curly fries, but received regular fries instead? FAR too many. Also, whenit's time to pay, you better not have a coupon or promo code, because the staff won't know how to apply it. I once sat there forseveral minutes while the staff fumbled around trying to apply my discount. I ended up paying the full price because theycouldn't figure it out. Aug 1970 was when I had my first jumbo jack in Scottsdale AZ on Scottsdale Road and 2st st. And to this day JACK has Never... disappointed me any time of day. Still have tacos today and taste the same in 1970. Oh and I do remember that they say if youget the munchies that we'll you know what I'm saying!!! Alway hits the spot. Read more

Not good Saved So I'll start by saying that I never go to JITB with the expectation of 5-star service. What I do expect from any... restaurant establishment is to have my food prepared correctly and be treated with basic respect by employees and I got neitherof those things today when dealing with Maria. Not sure if this woman hates her job or just herself, but she's got to be amiserable human being to speak to people the way she does. I'm just going to swallow the $13 cost of the order that they messedup. It's a small price to pay for not ever having to interact with her again. Whoever manages this facility should be ashamed ofthe way this woman is representing the store. Judging by the other 1-2 star reviews, there is little that this store is gettingright. Read more
