Pizza was nice and fresh (the Don). Lemon arugula salad was great although I meant to add chicken. The antipasto was more like a... charcuterie board than a salad. TLDR; ROACHES and HORRIBLE SERVICE! I do not recommend this place at all!!!! we weren?t serviced for over 15 mins after being... seated, after a while we were like wait? how long have we been here and not been offered our drink order or a hello. We had tochase down someone to serve us. Pizza took over 80 mins to reach our table. Meanwhile lots of parties AFTER US were gettingtheir pizza. Some tables have already had multiple pizzas being sent there way through the night. We were the LAST people atthe restaurant. No one told us where our pizza was until we tracked down our ?server? when then another server came over to usand told us what happened to our pizza (made over 3 times - forgot about 3 pizzas. And finally the pizza they bring us out WASWRONG. we asked for no onion and what did we see LOTS OF onion on our pizza. He then offered we can make another pizza. UH NOTHANKS. IM FRICKEN STARVING ILL TAKE OFF THE ONIONS. Oh when the manager came over to us that lady come over and said ?I haveno idea what happened but the pizza is on us? My husband and I are renting a condo this week above this tempting restaurant. The first night we ordered 2 pizzas and literally... feel in LOVE. The customer service is exceptional. The owner is really sweet. The atmosphere is very nice. Prices are good. Sowe decided to order salads the second night. I ordered a Chicken Cesar salad and my husband got cold feet and decided to orderfrom another local restaurant across the street. Boy, should I have done the same????????????. Got my food. The salad had nochicken in it. So I went back down stairs and explained the issue. Abigail brought back a small amount of chicken in a containerwrapped in aluminum foil. I ordered a LARGE salad ????. I didn?t make a fuss. I thought ????, it?s ok I?ll make it work. Got inthe condo and opened the container to dried out tiny strips of chicken jerky. ???????????????? I went back down stairs this timeAbigail got the manager. He came over and kindly addressed my needs sending me on my way with what I thought was ?betterchicken.? The new chicken was dry and flavorless too but it didn?t resemble jerky this time. I thought to myself it?s ok, whoneeds Protien anyway?!? This was my First time to visit, however it will no be my last. Jacob was Outstanding as our waiter. Let's talk about the food,... some of the best food I've eaten in a long time.( See photos ) Highly recommend you stop by if your within 50 miles. Be sure toask for Jacob, you won't be disappointed. Horrible customer service. Tried dining in on Sunday , place was almost empty - service was slow and had to chase them down to... pay bill. Thought maybe we off dayTried to order take out. The next day Was told 35 to 40 Min. Went to pick up pizza andthey said we never told you thay. Said come back at an hours time. Came back in an hour. They took payment like pizza wasready then didn?t come back with pizza for another 15 min. Never apologized for issue. And this is what pizza looked like. Was ordered with extra cheese. Tasted bad, barely any cheese For 32 dollars. Never felt so ripped off. A little Cesarpizza would have been so much better . So twice they proved they are a far cry from 5 star.
