If you are looking for some great New York style pizza while visiting the Scottsdale Quarter then look no further than... Grimaldi's. This is thin crust pizza and they have a large selection of toppings. My go to drink with pizza is beer and theyhave a great selection of draft beers. The staff is very polite and attentive. Loved the pizza. Not only I liked the the texture, but also the crust was super tasty. We sat on a top table - the bar side -... viewing out (which I'll post a photo of it) and very much enjoyed the time being there. Not to mention that it's located rightnext to a parking which is for Scottsdale Quarter and you won't have any trouble parking your car. But if you find the weathergood, sit outside. Love Grimaldis Pizzeria!! This is amazing coal fired brick oven pizza. Definitely one of my favorite all time pizza restaurants.... The staff is very friendly with good service as well. Read more

This was our first and probably our last visit. My daughter and I went here for dinner after the Candy Crawl. And it was awful.... We got seated quickly, our waitress took our drink order. Those came fast, she took our order which was 1 pizza. Our waitressdisappeared and we sat there for over 40 mins without food, refills or our waitress. I finally asked for a manager from apassing busser. Manager comes over and advises the waitress was new, kitchen was backed up, they weren't expecting to be "that"busy on a Saturday night after a "Free event" in the quad. 1hr plus later we finally got our 1 pizza. Refills and the managercompted the meal. It was not the best experience. Will probably not visit again. Read more
