We were shopping at this amazing mall and I decided I needed a drink. Walked the line of food places and settled on 5 Guys for... their awesome ?freestyle? soft drink options. Guy came up to the register to take my order and I said, ?large drink only,please.? And he said, ?here, you can have it?, and handed me a cup. I actually ordered on Doordash, just a bunless hamburger and fries. Unfortunately, I was sent a cheeseburger. I have a strong... lactose intolerance and will get very sick if I eat cheese, so the entire burger was inedible for me. Please take time toreview orders before you send them out to customers, whether they're in-store or to-go. Read more
Absolutely the worst hamburger I've ever had! Weird texture that made it seem like the meat wasn't cooked. Absolutely zero... flavor. Cooked mushrooms had zero flavor, were soggy and thus made the bun a mushy mess. The fries were actually pretty goodbut for an $11 hamburger to be this bad is shameful. Read more
Normally I would always give the chain five stars, but on this afternoon visit to Scottsdale Fashion Square, three was it. And... here's why: although the counter help was super polite, the burger was not seasoned properly. (I know this because the Five GuysI patronize close to ASU always gets it just right). Plus for some reason the fries were not fresh(sitting under a heat lamp ishardly what this establishment is known for), granted they were re-made fresh(but far too heavily salted). What I think oftenhappens is the staff doesn't take the time to realize they're in the food business, yes customer service is pinnacle, butwithout consistency of their menu, this particular location may be a pass in the future. Phenomenal customer service. I felt bad but they had one thing off on my burger. I came back and the rep, Jay, that took care of... me was super friendly and nice. He offered me any additional complimentary item to take care of the inconvenience but Ideclined. He remade the whole order anyway so now I have twice the amount of food I ordered. delicious but not If you're trying to behave. Great burgers and fries. I would def try the shales that look good as well ???? it... is a little pricey though spent 30 for 2 people. Large fry is a really large apparently too. Read more
Came to this location at Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale Az. Kenny (manager) made sure to go above and beyond with handling my... concern as did Marcus. Both employees were willing to help and correct a minor issue but did so in a quick fashion withoutmaking it an issue. These 2 are great employees and I appreciate their help. Read more
