First time at this location on Northsight and Raintree. It?s before noon and they are about all out of chips, then no ice in... either machine for the sodas. Very disappointed!!! Tables not clean. We normally go to the location in Cave Creek and neverhad an issue! Read more
I just had the worse food from here. When you pay $12.00 for a sandwich you would hope the meat is actually meat and not all... fat. What a joke. I used to love firehouse subs, it just seems all fast food industries don?t care anymore. Which is fine, Ijust will stop eating at them. But just for future customers, do not get the smokehouse brisket anymore it?s garbage. Read more
No sense of urgency! Over 15 minutes to get a sub. Here on my lunch an it took all that time to get food.
Good sammitch but 35 minutes to get my food from when I walked in the door is pretty ridiculous. This place is understaffed!... Kudos to the employees who were working and still friendly and hustling even though there were a lot of disgruntled customers. Read more
