I just had Grubhub deliver 2 medium subs for my first Firehouse experience. I am someone who will gladly spend money on quality... food and for this price point, it was shockingly horrible. I went with Steak and Cheese as well as a Meatball sub for a littlevariety. The shaved steak was not at all what I'm used to. It was anemic looking, with a gelatinous texture, and off-puttingflavor. The cooked peppers and onions were so over cooked they had a paste like texture and smelled almost fermented. Werethey rotting perhaps? As for the meatball, it was equally bad. The sauce tasted like pure tomato paste, was sticky anddisgusting. The meatballs themselves were about on par with a school cafeteria. The bread used for both subs was weak, mushy,and gross. Put an online order in ~30 minutes before they closed. I showed up before my order was supposed to be done and they informed me... their online order was closed, and they didn?t allow me to make an order. Great customer service, great store operations. Iwon?t return here. Waste of time. Read more

I was ignored by the blond lady when ordering, had to repeat myself multiple times, she disregard what I had to say. Got sprayed... with the cleaning bottle when the Indian woman was cleaning the table all of a sudden, but the table had been dirty when I hadfirst gotten there and was given a irritated look when I approached her. I absolutely love this location. The quality of the food, the quality of the work, the cleanliness of the store and bathrooms,... the hygiene of its employees. The staff here will always go above and beyond to make sure your experience was a come back andsee us kind of experience, and that's why I come back every single time. Sure, the wait times came be a little long on certainvisits but it's definitely worth it. I've seen literally the same 2 people run this store for months now. First time was okay although both times there were barely any vegetables and was pointless to order. This time, however, the... customer service wasn't as good and the good was messed up. I was creating my own sub when the gal asked for help and hercoworker entirely switched what I was doing (probably to make it easier for the newer gal) to a veggie sandwich. I informed themNO meat or dairy because I'm vegan, and then proceeded to 'create' my gluten-free/ vegan sub.... When I got back to the worksite (25 minutes away, mind you) there was dairy on my sandwich and missing vegetables (of course most were stuck to thecheese).... This experience was not okay with me at all because again I'M VEGAN & FOR MANY REASONS, and they ruined mysandwich. Only reason I would ever order here is if my brother wants something while we're working out this way, but I won'tever order for myself again. BTW- you need more vegan options!! I am totally changing my review for this location. I am dropping it from 4 stars to 1 star. I would give it zero stars if that... was possible. I will update the review with photos when my phone is charged. I went to this location to get an Italian sub. Iasked for no mayo. The employee repeated that back to me and it was printed on the receipt. However, when I got home it seems asthough the employee took no mayo to mean EXTRA MAYO. The sub was loaded with it on both the top and bottom of the role. I wouldthink twice before heading to this location, for you just might not know what someone will be putting on your sandwich.
