Dining room was ICE cold, like 60 degrees or something rediculous. Couldnt take it, had to eat outside in car because it was so... cold. While waiting for food another patron came up and asked them to please make it warmer to which they went and talked tosomebody and came back and said they would change it . Another man walked in and spoke outloud to himself " boy its reallycold in here". While eating our food in the parking spot close to the front door a white suv was next to us parked right nextto the front door. A uniformed employee came from out the back behind the restaurant and got in this white SUV and sat therefor 10 minutes before pulling away. Employees parking where patrons are supposed to park and uncontrolled A/C usage is obvioussigns of poor or missing management. The food was fair but chicken chunks in our +$10 salad were too well done and dried out.Won't be back. ???? Read more
Had an awesome "come on" coupon. It took the cashier a few tries but she got it right. First time at El Polo Loco in 3 decades.... It's very different. But, the chicken had meat on the bones, it was cooked well and tasty. Read more

We ordered El Pollo Loco via DoorDash this week for lunch. Our food arrived hot and fresh. The flavor was good and the portion... sizes were good. Not my favorite Mexican I've had in AZ, but still very good. Read more
Great place to for a quick Mexican food craving. We've had chicken tacos and chicken avocado bowl and nothing has disappointed... us. Love the convenience of getting good Mexican fast food to go. El Pollo Loco has definitely become one if our go to places. Read more
This is a good option for folks that are looking for a quick, healthy meal, as long as you go for the broccoli and black beans... on the side. That said, it is overpriced in my opinion for what you get, but I'm a bargain hunter when it comes to fastfood. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were friendly though. Read more
