Came to Scottsdale for a trip with some friends and we didn’t have much time but wanted to check out old town! We’d heard... good things about El Hefe so we went in and got some margaritas and tacos. Hailey served us and she was the sweetest!!! She tooksuch good care of us and told us about places around phx to check out. Highly recommend heading in there for great service andexceptional staff. These guys thought my buddies ID was fake who is 31 hanging out with other 30 year olds. I understand they take fake IDs... seriously but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t know how to do their job. To make matters worst they held onto the ID andcalled the cops. We weren’t worried knowing that the ID is real and we are all above the drinking age (duh). They said if theID was real they would let us in and “take care of us,” but once the cops showed up and proved it was real. They wouldn’tlet us in for making them look foolish. Do better. Get a scanner or something if your kid bouncers don’t know how to checkIDs. Read more

1. Prices are very very high. 1 corona beer price is $16 and tip is separate. 2. The girls you see in the bar are paid girls, so... do not attract by them. 3. All are professional girls who just there to make you buy drinks to profit bar. 4. Great level ofracism here. 5. Also will kickout if you are not holding any drink. Read more
Zero stars Bouncer said my ID was fake when I have a real ID from Missouri and I’m almost 30 years old he asked me to show me... my settings on my phone for info. I have never been asked if that, very very sketchy. There was NO ONE in the bar at midnight ona Thursday. Very sketchy vibes. Bartender was very nice but horrible welcoming feeling. Will never come back or recommend thisplace to anyone. Why was there no one here. Ridiculous. Read more
Great experience! Me and my friends came over for my birthday last night and I lost my phone with my ID's, cash and credit... cards. We called the next day, they have a robot on the line so we tried one of the options just to talk to a real person andfinally they answered and told us to go back to the club instead and talk in person. My friend came back and got my phone backand everything is still in there! Even the cash which is awesome! Read more
