The manager is a sweetheart and the workers I dealt with were great. Two of the coffee carafes were cold but I know they can't... catch everything. As soon as I let them know about the coffee, they were on it but I didn't have 10 minutes to wait for a newbatch. They would do well to add some flavored creamers for the coffee as well.
