Always great bagels, & they have my personal favorite, cranberry! Breakfast sandwiches are always fab!
Every time I go in there they always mess my order up and it's not a hard order. I order a bagel toasted with cream cheese on... the side. They some time don't toast the bagle but they always manage to put the cream cheese on the bagel and give me a side. Read more
The employees were extremely friendly! The line moved along quickly in the lobby BUT unfortunately the smoothies we ordered were... extremely watery and not smoothies at all. The hash browns were hot on the outside but refrigerator temperature on the inside.The sandwiches looked beautiful and I'm sure they would have been good had they been warm at all. Read more
Unfortunately this location cannot seem to get anything right. I understand good help is hard to find but 4/5 times my order has... been incorrect. Employees are borderline rude even. Time to switch locations. Read more
The bagels are great. But the employees are awful. Seem very unhappy to be there, not friendly. Especially a middle age women... that I assume is a manager. Frequently, they take your order and start helping the next person, while you keep waiting for themto take your payment. Maybe finish with my transaction before moving on to the next person so that I can leave. We buy bagelsat Whole Foods now, don't want to deal with that sort of service. Read more
Came here today at 1pm for some bagels. They were out of a good amount, since most people probably come in the morning, but I... picked up a cinnamon sugar and cheesy hash brown bagel. They were very fluffy and tasted really good. I just wish the staff wasa bit more upbeat and excited, seemed like they'd rather be elsewhere. I would still come again though to try more bagels. Bagels are good, but i was unwell after eating here. Cutting boards were unclean and I should of known better. Now I do. Will... go back for bagels but not going to order any food that hits that production line. Read more
