Scenes from a lovely brunch today! We got to try EGGstasy and it was one of the best we?ve been to in AZ. Great service,... perfect atmosphere (not one of those crazy loud brunch spots), delicious food, big helpings (two meals worth), good prices andcomfortable seating. Hope to come back and try something else on the menu soon. There was so much to choose from! By the way:Omelettes are massive with 6 eggs and plenty of protein/veggies to choose from. Read more
Exceeding my expectations for the second time in a row!!! Had an outstanding breakfast here a couple of weeks ago. Came back to... try a different omelette (there is a wide variety of items, and I am dying to try them all). This time I took the RoastedGarlic, Toasted Almonds and Asparagus omelette. They put a swirl of balsamic vinegar on it, which adds a lot to the overallawesomeness. I asked to add some chicken (just because I love chicken). This was a heavenly omelette!!! I was considering comingback later to get another portion, but I was so full at the end of the meal, it would take a day or two to develop theappropriate appetite ????. This is one awesome breakfast place!!! We sat at the bar since there was a waiting time for regular tables. However, at the bar... we got what I can only describe as incredibly attentive service. We requested some modifications of orders due to dietaryrestrictions. These were accepted with a smile and we were given multiple options of replacement items to meet our needs. Thefood (omelettes) was phenomenal!!! Somewhere near the top, if not the best omelette I ever had. The bar person was veryresponsive, checked on us frequently, and offered coffee refills at appropriate frequency while attending to her bar duties andassisting others. Cost is very reasonable and the place has a vibe of high quality without being presumptuous. Sheer pleasureand we shall definitely come again! Read more
Nice seating , friendly staff. The cappuccino was amazing. The birds are extremely smart here and not as dumb as a rock. A crow... got a sugar packet and peeked it open and ate it all. Great place to go bird watching for smart birds. Below shows and image ofthe crow opening the package then the other shows it with the successfully open sugar packet. Great healthy birds. Been to Eggstacy a number of times, always ordered the Veggie Skillet and always fantastic. Previously, it has been served in a... cast iron skillet so the hash browns and veggies were roasted, crunchy and deliciously charred. Today was disappointing as itwas served in a bowl. So that roasted, charred flavor was missing. The grain bread and fruit skewer, however, was delish. Alsoordered was the barbacoa topped eggs which was out of this world as were the pumpkin pancakes. Because of my skillet dish, Ican't give 5 stars and will definitely order something else off of the extensive creative menu next time. Read more
