Worker came across very rude. Was with a friend at walk up window that?s never had Dutch so we were looking at the menu from a... distance (nobody else was in line) and she very rudely said ?are you guys going to order something today???? Out of nowhere asif she?d been waiting on us for 10 min. She never even greeted us (even tho she just got to the window), never asked if weneeded a minute, or asked if we needed recommendations. Luckily the drinks were good but that was the rudest Dutch employee I?veencountered when greeting someone. They?re usually very bubbly employees and greet you nicely. Read more

@SAM - Big Smile, Fun to talk to and great at recommending drinks. She was hustling and bustling in the line, yet still gave us... enough time to talk drinks. Dutch Bros Coffee Shop has the best coffee and their customer service makes it even more fun! Aperfect place to go if you are looking for an exciting coffee shop with great customer service. We continue to be so welcomed by this amazing staff! This particular location is always a much quicker stop for than others... we've tried! They're constantly, perfectly made beverages are always a craving for all of our family that live near! I had the'Banana Split Dutch Frost' for the first time, and wow! Where has this yummy concoction been all of my life!! They also havegreat tasting smoothies, KIDS BEVERAGES, and their very own Dutch Bros Rebel Energy Drinks! Every morning the workers are very slow drive-through is always busy they always have 3 to 4 people on a drive-through but when... it's service walking up you always have one person on the register 1 and same person making coffee. Ppl shows up lil bit earlybefore going to work. The staff needs to work more and not that much talking because Dang all they do is talk to the customersand they know there's A-line behind them?????????????? Read more
